April 10th, 2020 – Tom Brinkoetter announces a new initiative through a partnership with NowDecatur, Dale’s Southlake Pharmacy and Colee’s Corner Drugs called “Chalk the City” where Decatur citizens are encouraged to create outdoor chalk art and Brinkoetter will come to take drone shots of it to make a citywide montage.
