May 1st, 2020 – In an effort to support the fight against COVID-19, ADM has donated 10,000 half-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer to local hospitals and long term care facilities
ADM partnered with Sazerac Company, the largest producer of distilled spirits in North America, to help increase Sazerac’s production of the sanitizer.
ADM is making this donation through their social investment program ADM Cares, to help address local needs.
Decatur Memorial Hospital took delivery of their donations today. “We are appreciative of ADM’s donation to Decatur Memorial Hospital. Our healthcare workers are giving their all to protect our community from the COVID-19 virus,” Drew Early, president, and CEO of Decatur Memorial Hospital said. “This donation will make a difference.”
