August 12, 2020 – Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Millikin University has canceled its 2020 Vespers celebration. Instead, Milikin will celebrate the holiday season by hosting a livestream event this December that will include a virtual performance from this year’s Millikin choirs and footage from past Vespers concerts.
Vespers signals the start of the holiday season by bringing together musicians for a musical feast while performing songs from past centuries as well as modern carols and arrangments. Vespers has been one of Millikin’s most well-received events.
Announcements for dates, times, and the livestream links are yet to be determined.
