August 25, 2020 – Fall campaigns for United Way of Decatur and Mid-Illinois are underway. In the wake of the pandemic, things are far from typical. In response, United Way is promoting rollover campaigns. Debbie Bogle, President of United Way of Decatur and Mid-Illinois, joined us to talk about how they are navigating COVID-19, ways for people to get relief and promoting rollover campaigns.
What is a rollover?
Rollover giving is an easy way to continue your campaign, that allows your payroll donors the option to keep their payroll pledge in place until you run a traditional campaign again next year, without any action needed from the donor. Employees can still support United Way and our community during this challenging time without your workplace needing to host a full, traditional campaign. Donors’ designations will continue unless otherwise changed or informed on the campaign pledge site.
