September 24, 2020 – If you would like to give a monetary donation to the WSOY Community Food drive, you can now drop off your check donation to the Hickory Point Mall.
The Mall is offering to be a drop off location for monetary donations by delivering those donations to the Mall office or in the dropbox right outside the door.
Due to COVID-19, the WSOY Community Food Drive is only accepting monetary donations. This will allow the pantries to purchase food on an as-needed basis at a tremendous discount from the Central Illinois Food Bank. This also will allow the food drive to have fewer volunteers and less surface contact with items, helping to reduce the possible spread of COVID-19.
If you would like to give online, you can do so now HERE. You can also call 875-3350 during the food drive on October 2nd between 6am and 6pm to make your donation over the phone. The food drive will still be held at the Kroger on Rt. 36 to allow for a drive-through monetary donation drop off. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted onsite.
