JUDGE ORDERS BATON ROUGE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RETURN $47K TO NBA YOUNGBOY THAT WAS TAKEN FROM HIM DURING ARREST: Yesterday (December 17th), a judge ordered the return of more than $47,000 that was seized, while NBA YoungBoy was filming a video. According to The Advocate, NBA YoungBoy’s attorney— James Manasseh—argued that the seizing of his money was unconstitutional due to lack of evidence. NBA YoungBoy and 15 others were arrested but have not been officially charged. District Attorney Hillar Moore III stated they were still reviewing the case.
