January 25, 2021 – Today, Governor Pritzker announced a new COVID-19 vaccination webpage. The information is on the state’s coronavirus website. It features a searchable database of vaccination sites, eligibility guidelines, frequently asked questions, and more. Governor Pritzker has asked the public for patience during the vaccine rollout and said that additional community sites are coming online, as well as local pharmacies.
“Already Walgreens and Jewel-Osco are adding appointments at hundreds of locations statewide and CVS, Hy-Vee, Mariano’s, and Kroger will soon follow…hundreds more locations will be added as more vaccine is shipped by the federal government from vaccine manufacturers,” said Pritzker.
More than three million Illinoisans fall into the 1-B category. The Governor has urged patience as more sites continue opening.
