Almost a third of adults are unhappy at their current job. That’s what a study of 2,000 workers found. 32% say they don’t feel motivated in their career and 18% are dissatisfied with their quality of life at work.
Job satisfaction has decreased 35% in the last year. However coworker relationships have improves by 24%.
The survey found employees have typically put in an additional 7 hours a week this year. Four of those were paid and three not.
