February 3, 2021 – Yesterday, the City of Decatur announced that it has awarded 66 local businesses with reimbursement grants. The grants total $615,017.00 through the Decatur Small Business Rapid Relief Funds. The project was supported by the DCEO CURE-ES program in which the City has awarded just over half of the funds in Round One. The City will seek more flexibility from DCEO and will be announcing Round Two of this grant in the near future.
City staff continues to get out much-needed help to our local businesses, including distributing the first round of grants to local business owners last week.
