March 4, 2021 –After nearly 100,000 votes from around Illinois were cast, the Top 16 products have been determined in the second annual “Makers Madness” contest. And Decatur is hoping to win again this year.
Hosted by the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association, “Makers Madness” is a bracket-stye tournament in which voters from across the state will decide which product is The Coolest Thing Made In Illinois.

You have until 11:59pm this Sunday to cast your vote at makers madness I.L. dot com. The top voters will advance to the top 8 next week. Last year, the 797F Large Mining Truck made in Decatur was crowned the 2020 winner.
