May 6, 2021 – Today was the ribbon-cutting for a new local business, Notorious Meats. Notorious now has a brick-and-mortar store, as well as their food truck, Notorious P.I.G., which has been active since 2018.
Notorious Meats will have their grand opening this Saturday at their location at 2910 South Mount Zion Road, next to Ace Hardware.
“We wanted to open a barbeque supply store, somehow it turned into a meat market. We’ve got all the barbeque supplies and more product coming in for our grand opening this Saturday…so we’re going to have some awesome giveaways and raffles and things like that on Saturday here as well,” said Seth Black, Co-Owner of Notorious.
The grand opening will have a car show with neighboring business Robertson Tire & Auto, as well as the Notorious P.I.G. food truck and live music.
The festivities will begin at 10 am with the food truck arriving at 11 and live music beginning at noon.
