June 1, 2021 – Tomorrow will mark the opening day of the 165th Macon County Fair. The fair will be held from June 2 through June 6. Admission to the fair will be $2 per person and children 3 and under are free. Parking will be free as well.
This year’s grandstand events will include Rodeo by Latting Productions, Inc, ITPA Truck & Tractor Pulls, and a demolition derby. All grandstand events will be $15 for adult admittance. Entertainment will include The Highway 615 Country Band, The Jameson Freeway Band, and The Page Mackenzie Band, which has opened for artists such as Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, and Lee Brice.
Judging events will begin on Saturday and include Decatur Trail Riders Horse Show, Bloody, Blues & Bags Tournament, and the Adorable Baby Contest.
