The Atlanta City Council said that Lil Nas X s shaping the city and the world with his “artistic influence and transformative influence.” Lil Nas X received the plaque last night (October 20th) at the Gathering Spot ATL and it was presented by city councilman and mayoral candidate Antonio Brown, the city's first Black LQBTQ+ council member.
