October 31, 2021 – Currently, the Village of Forsyth is having issues with water pumps. They are asking all residents to conserve water until further notice. Water is currently being distributed from the two water towers while issues are corrected.
Effective immediately Forsyth water customers have a boil order for cooking or drinking. Public works crews and outside companies are working on the water pumps issue. Forsyth is now working with Decatur to connect to their water supply for emergency purposes to avoid running out from water towers
