November 1, 2021 – Today, Jill Applebee, Forsyth Village Administrator, released this statement regarding the water pump issues for the village of Forsyth.
“In the best-case scenario, we will have our pump fixed tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. Once it is fixed we have to have it tested for 48 hours before being cleared. This will take us to Thursday afternoon.
We have water now at the Village of Forsyth Office- 301 South Route 51. Our hours are 8-5 and we will remain open through lunch hour. If those hours don’t work for you, please let us know.
We will deliver for the elderly, disabled, and those who have issues that can’t make it in. Please have your driver’s license or ID with you when you come. Only one case per household.”
