November 12, 2021 – In addition to the Macon County Health Department’s two pediatric vaccine clinics to be held on November 16th and 18th, they are offering the following 1st, 2nd, and booster dose clinics for those 12 years and older.
Wednesday, November 17th
• Location: Macon County Health Department, 1221 E Condit St, Decatur, IL 62521
• Time: 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
• Vaccine Type: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson
• Clinic Type: Appointment only for 1st , 2 nd and booster doses for those 12 years and older
• Ages: Pfizer – 12 years and older; Moderna and Johnson & Johnson – 18 years and older
• Please bring photo ID and insurance card if possible.
Friday, November 19th
