December 8, 2021 – The Macon County Health Department has two upcoming vaccination clinics. Dates, locations, and times are listed below.
Tuesday, December 14th
• Location: Richland Community College, 1 College Park, Decatur, IL 62521
• Time: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
• Vaccine Type: Pfizer and Moderna
• Clinic Type: Appointment only.
• Ages: This clinic is for persons 12 years and older.
• Please bring insurance card if possible.
• MUST be able to return to the Macon County Health Department on January 5, 2022 for Pfizer second dose or January 12, 2022 for Moderna second dose.
Wednesday, December 15th
• Location: Macon County Health Department, 1221 E Condit Street, Decatur, IL 62521
• Time: 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
• Vaccine Type: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson – 1 st, 2nd and booster doses
• Clinic Type: Appointment only.
• Ages: This clinic is for those 5 years and older.
• Please bring insurance card if possible.
• MUST be able to return on January 5, 2022 for Pfizer second dose or January 12, 2022 for Moderna second dose.
