December 14, 2021 – The following vaccination clinic will be operated by the Macon County Health Department next week:
Wednesday, December 22nd
• Location: Macon County Health Department, 1221 E Condit Street, Decatur, IL 62521
• Time: 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
• Vaccine Type: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson – 1 st, 2nd and booster doses
• Clinic Type: Appointment only.
• Ages: This clinic is for those 5 years and older.
• Please bring insurance card if possible.

• MUST be able to return on January 12, 2022 for Pfizer second dose or January 19, 2022 for Moderna second dose.
