February 17, 2022 – Due to inclement weather, Millikin University is suspending normal campus operations at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. At this time, all administrative offices will be closed, and all scheduled in-person classes, virtual classes, campus and student organizational events, practices (athletic, music and theatre) and meetings after 2:30 p.m. are canceled. The COVID-19 SHIELD Testing Clinic on Millikin University’s campus will be closed.
Millikin University is asking all those who are not essential to campus operations to return home carefully. Millikin employees designated as essential to campus operations, including student services, facilities/grounds, public safety and dining services will report to campus as directed by their supervisors.
Students with meal plans are reminded that dining services will remain in operation this evening from 5 – 6:30 p.m.
The University will continue to monitor the situation and plans to resume normal operations on Friday, Feb. 18.
