April 3, 2022 – Yesterday, Montessori Academy for Peace hosted their third annual Throwback Prom at the Decatur Club.
The Throwback Prom is held to help raise money for the support of Montessori Academy for Peace Family Booster Organization.
“The funds raised tonight will go directly towards students at Montessori Academy for Peace. We do fundraisers so that we can do large-scale free family nights for our students’ families,” said Cathy Briggs, event coordinator.
“We’re happy to be back after a hiatus. This is a place where people can come to have a good time and it’s also about connecting families. It’s also a place where people can let loose and have fun.” Briggs said.
