When buying tickets for The Devon, do so only at www.devonamphitheater.com or from their ticket partner www.etix.com.
Tickets purchased there are the only ones they can guarantee and for which they can provide service.
When you search for “Devon tickets” or similar things on Google or other search engines, the first few links are paid ads for resale sites. Do not go there to buy tickets.
While the Devon works adamantly to find scalper orders and cancel them, some still make it through. Do all you can to not help them stay in business and purchase directly from the Devon only.
As people also plan to attend summer music festivals scheduled across Illinois, the Better Business Bureau is warning consumers to be aware of phony tickets sold to festivals that don’t exist. According to the BBB, the scams often begin on social media. After clicking, consumers are taken to a legitimate-looking website with what looks like photographs of the event, but are pictures from another event.
