June 30, 2022 – Tricia Casper, a Memorial Care call center specialist, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Division Colleague of the Month for May.
Casper has served Memorial Health for more than 38 years.
Patient satisfaction and security are the highest priorities for Casper, who’s known for her compassion. “When anyone in our unit is out sick, Tricia worries about them and she’ll personally check on them,” said Danyele Cantrall, Casper’s co-worker in Memorial Care patient access services, who nominated Casper for recognition.
Outside of work, Casper, of Springfield, enjoys reading, playing word games and fostering cats and kittens for the Animal Protective League of Springfield.
