August 30, 2022 – The Lincoln Square Theater in Decatur will be hosting veteran rock & roll group JACKYL on Sunday, November 20, with special guest Jonny Vodka. JACKYL is an American rock band that was formed in 1991. They are known for their high-energy rock & roll shows.
Their self-titled debut album has sold more than a million copies in the US with hits like “Down on me” and “When will it Rain.” They have often been referred to as the Chainsaw Mafia, as the legendary frontman Jesse James Dupree performs a chainsaw solo in the song the band is best known for, “The Lumberjack.” The band has many other hits to their credit.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with the show starting at 7:00 p.m.
The Lincoln Square Theater would like everyone to know that, as a way to give back, all seats will be priced at only $25.00 for this amazing show. There will only be 100 tickets sold for this show.
Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and will go on sale Friday, September 2 at 10:00 a.m. on their website.
“The historic element of the LST and its rich history of performers from magic, comedy & music concerts of all genres is simply amazing in itself. The acoustics in the facility are fantastic and it’s just a neat experience to see a show,” says board president LaVelle Hunt.
