October 3, 2022 – The Decatur Regional Chamber of Commerce released their schedule for the month of October, which will include six events.
- Tuesday, October 11, 3:00 p.m. – Abbott EMS Ribbon Cutting. The City of Decatur will welcome a new Ambulance and 911 provider to the community.
- Wednesday, October 12, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. – Business Breakfast, The State of Education. Featured panelists will represent Decatur Public Schools, Millikin University, and Richland Community College.
- Friday, October 14, 11:00 a.m. – Vybe Med Spa & Salon Ribbon Cutting. This new spa will be home to many independent professionals dedicated to your overall well-being.
- Tuesday, October 18, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – AG Cafe Featuring Rodney Davis. Davis will share about his role with the Committee on Agriculture, as well as with the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and his accomplishments during his Congressional tenure.
- Friday, October 21, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Table for Ten Lunch. Join Decatur’s emerging leaders for this event held at Napoli’s Italian Restaurant.
- Wednesday, October 26, 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. – Chamber Celebration with Rudy Ruettiger. Attend this annual celebration and listen to the epic story of Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger.
