October 30, 2022 – The Macon County Health Department will be hosting Medicare Part D Open Enrollment Events on Monday, October 31, Wednesday, November 9, and Tuesday, December 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Trained SHIP counselors will assist Medicare beneficiaries with reviewing their prescription drug plan options. It is very important for Medicare beneficiaries to review their drug coverage yearly to ensure they are receiving the most cost-effective coverage.
Participants are required to schedule an appointment to attend an event and should bring their Medicare cards and a complete list of medications, including dosage and frequency taken.
