November 9, 2022 – The Boy Scouts of America, Greater St. Louis Area Council, will host an honorary “Distinguished Citizen and Eagle Scout Recognition” dinner and reception for Gary Birschbach on Thursday, December 8. The reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the dinner following at 7:00 p.m.
