March 11, 2023 – The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater has announced that Deana Carter and Jamie O’Neal will open as special guests for Jo Dee Messina on June 10, 2023.
This show is included in the 2023 Devon season ticket package.
Tickets for this show will go on sale at a later date to be announced soon at devonamphitheater.com and range between $27n and $35 dollars.
Nashville native, Deana Carter, didn’t take a seemingly easy route to stardom but instead chose to defy the conventional expectations of the typical Nashville artist blueprint and make her own mark. And she did, undeniably taking the industry and fans by storm with her wildly successful multi-platinum international debut “Did I Shave My Legs For This?” more two decades ago. Anchored by the dreamy super hit ” Strawberry Wine”, Carter showcased her own blend of country and retro-rock sprinkled with the folksy singer/songwriter qualities that have garnered Deana Carter well-deserved respect and wild acclaim.
Jamie O’Neal is a Platinum-selling 4 x Grammy nominated country singer songwriter who became a household name in 2001 with her back-to-back # 1 singles, “There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels.” With multiple hits that followed, including “Shiver”, “Trying To Find Atlantis” and “Somebody’s Hero,” Jamie’s career caught fire. She earned numerous accolades including an ACM award, Billboard Award, CMA nominations along with Grammy nominations. O’Neal has appeared on The Tonight Show, David Letterman, Emeril cooking show, Craig Kilborn and numerous other national tv shows.
