April 11, 2023 – Chase Rolofson, a registered polysomnographic technologist at Decatur Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for March.
Rolofson works with sleep disorder patients of all ages and is highly regarded for his professionalism and ability to explain procedures and answer questions in easy-to-understand language.
“Chase did a great job preparing my 4-year-old for a sleep study,” wrote one of his nominators. “He was so informative and helpful – he really did an awesome job.”
“Rolofson looks for opportunities to further his knowledge in the field and appreciates the opportunity to help others enjoy a good night’s sleep, sometimes for the first time in years”, DMH said in a release.
“Chase explained everything and was very professional,” wrote another nominator who was a patient. “It was an easy and stress-free process.”
Rolofson has worked at Decatur Memorial Hospital since 2019.
