April 18, 2023 – CHICO, or Centro for Hispanic and Immigrant Community Opportunities, is hosting a social and fundraising night on Wed April 19th from 5-9pm.
The social at Las Margaritas (1603 W King St) will give community members an opportunity to meet the board members of CHICO and celebrate the one-year anniversary of Dr. Isaac Zuñiga’s radio show, “Fuego”, which airs on WSOY 1340am/ 103.3FM on Friday’s at 5pm.
Proceeds will also go to CHICO to support future programming
Centro for Hispanic and Immigrant Community Opportunities is a community-based non-profit advocacy organization that connects Hispanic and Immigrant families to resources, cultural opportunities, and youth development by collaborating with agencies, organizing events, and serving the specific needs of the Macon County community.
