May 22, 2023 – Time is running out to purchase your tickets for the CASA Playhouse Raffle.
The 21st annual, Casas for CASA Playhouse Raffle is an annual fundraiser to benefit the Macon County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Program, a non-profit that recruits and trains community volunteers to serve as advocates for abused and neglected children in both the Macon & DeWitt County courts’ care.
In 2021, there were over 630 cases of abuse and neglect to children in Macon County and 50 cases of abuse and neglect in DeWitt County. CASA has served over 440 of these children with over 200 volunteer advocates.
The playhouses, created by BLDD Architects, include “the sorcerer’s spire” and “the research submarine”. (See pics below)Raffle tickets are on sale now through June 16th at noon.
