Chelsea Handler is making sure to get some much needed relaxation before hitting the road again! The first part of her comedy tour, Little Big B**** just wrapped up and she’s gearing up on the second leg of the tour which kicks off in September in NYC.
The comedian chatted with Ryan Seacrest on-air today about her ceremonial morning routine where she reserves 3-4 hours of self-care before interacting with anyone!
Here’s what she told Seacrest about her me-time mornings to get ready for the day:
- Get into a hyperbaric chamber around 5am and sleeps in there for an hour.
- Reads for an hour.
- Works out for an hour.
- Meditate.
- Journaling what she’s grateful for.
Her comedy show consists of Handler’s shenanigans starting from her childhood and everything leading up to her life today – the show she finds so much joy in doing.
"Who doesn’t love being in front of a whole live audience that’s coming to see them perform. It’s really fun to always connect with my fans," Handler told Seacrest.
