July 11, 2023 – Nicole Ferriell, an ultrasonographer with the Memorial Breast Center, is the DMH Colleague of the Month for June.
Ferriell conducts breast ultrasounds and breast biopsies and is well-known and appreciated for her excellent patient care. She was recognized for maintaining a positive rapport with the radiologists and is a highly regarded member of the Breast Center team.
“Nicole is considerate and compassionate while she handles a very busy schedule of exams and biopsies,” wrote her nominator. “She is very efficient as well as skilled and caring with our patients. Our patients are lucky to be under her care.”
She has worked for Decatur Memorial Hospital since 2021.
