September 21, 2023- Huddle House Decatur announced its September “Huddle Up” awardee, Warrensburg-Latham high school student, Brycen Stock.
“Recognizing Brycen Stock as our September Huddle Up Awardee is a true honor,” William Johnson, General Manager at Huddle House Decatur said. “His unparalleled dedication, entrepreneurial spirit, and positive impact on the community make him an exemplary role model. We extend our heartfelt congratulations on this well-deserved accolade.”
Stock is a three-sport athlete and the 2021-2022 Class 2A 215# State Champion. He plays football, wrestles, and is on the baseball team, all while maintaining excellent academic performance. In addition to excelling as a student-athlete, Stock serves as a junior cadet at the Warrensburg Fire Department and is a dedicated volunteer in the Warrensburg-Latham community. Stock is also an aspiring entrepreneur, as he currently owns a lawn care business, which he juggles along with sports, academics, and community service.
To celebrate Stock’s achievements, Huddle House Decatur will be introducing a limited-time offering, “Brycen’s Champion’s Choice Burger & Tots.” The meal features an all-beef burger patty topped with American cheese and ketchup, served on a seeded bun, accompanied by lightly salted tater tots and ketchup, along with a soft drink—all for just $5.99 before tax. This special meal is available for dine-in customers and serves as a culinary tribute to Stock’s hard work and dedication.
To go along with this special-time offer, Stock will receive a featured spot on the program website, a certificate of achievement, a complimentary meal, and a donation to the charitable organization of his choice. The monthly “Huddle Up” award, which launched in July, spotlights extraordinary young individuals in athletics, arts, or agriculture who exhibit remarkable performance, sportsmanship, and community engagement.
