September 27, 2023- Dove will be hosting its annual Candlelighting Ceremony, which takes place in October as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 10th, at 7 pm, at Central Christian Church, 650 W. William St. in Decatur. At this service, community members will mourn those who have suffered and lost their lives through domestic violence, as well as celebrate with the survivors and those working to bring the abuse to an end.
The public is encouraged to attend.
