February 5, 2024 – The Millikin University School of Music will host its annual Valentine Gala on February 10th, featuring jazz artist Angel Spiccia.
The event will be held at the Decatur Club and will include a three-course dinner as well as music by the Millikin University Jazz Band under the direction of Dr. Perry Rask and featuring jazz artist and 2003 alum Angel Speccia. Special is a renowned Chicago jazz artist who has been the featured vocalist for the Pete Ellman Big Band, The Mulligan Mosaics, British Buddy Alumni Big Band, and the Chicago Jazz Orchestra. (When) Doors will open at 5:30 pm with dinner at 6:15 and the show beginning at 7:30 pm. The cost per person is $40 and a cash bar will be available.
The event is sponsored by the Millikin University School of Music, The Decatur Club, and Spiccia Music and will benefit The Millikin School of Music.
