March 26, 2024 – The Governor Richard Oglesby Mansion will be hosting docent (tour guide) training the first week of April for volunteers to be a part of local Decatur history.
The volunteer opportunities include researching antiques and history, cataloging collections and assisting in maintaining the interior of the mansion. The Oglesby Mansion also hosts monthly open houses that will begin the last Sunday of April 28th from 2pm-4pm through November.
