April 14, 2024 – The 4th Annual United Way Food Truck Frenzy, presented by First Mid Bank & Trust, will return to Fairview Park on April 20th.
The event will be held from 11 am to 2 pm or until the trucks sell out. The event will include eight trucks from local vendors, including Allens Grub Truck, Bobbie Lanes BBQ, Diggity Dawgs, Highway Heartburn, Kona Ice, The Lemonade Factory, The Music Stop, and Taqueria La Perlita.
Food options will include tacos, BBQ, loaded nachos, smash burgers, hot dogs, artisan sandwiches, tenderloins, chicken tenders, bacon ranch fries, cheese curds, 20 funnel cake flavors, deep-fried Oreos, funnel cake straws, various lemonade flavors, shake-ups and more.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the United Way of Decatur and Mid Illinois. The event is sponsored in part by Neuhoff Media.
