March 25, 2024-The Decatur Arts Area Council is hosting the Decatur Craft Beer Festival to fundraise for the Arts Council in Central Park on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Main Festival Event tickets are priced at $40, offering access to an afternoon of beer tasting and entertainment. Additionally, a VIP event on Friday, May 10 from 7-10 pm at the Decatur Arts Area Council (DAAC) will include exclusive access to rare beers, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and live music, with VIP ticket holders granted admission to the main festival on Saturday, priced at $100.
The DAAC says the event will include brewers from across Central Illinois. Jerry Johnson, executive director of the DAAC, explains, “The Arts Council is always excited to host events in our downtown neighborhood and this event is one of our most important fundraisers of the year.”
