May 30, 2024 – The Decatur Park District will once again run its Summer Lunch Program from June 3 to July 26 at various parks.
Lunch will be served at the following parks:
- Fairview Park, Pavilion #2: 1 – 2 P.M.
- Hess Park: 1 – 2 P.M.
- John’s Hill Park: 1 – 2 P.M.
- Monroe Park: 11:45 A.M. – 12:45 P.M.
- Mueller Park: 11:45 A.M. – 12:45 P.M.
- Oak Grove Park: 10:30 – 11:30 A.M.
- Overlook Adventure Park: 10:30 – 11:30 A.M.
- Playground Park: 10:30 – 11:30 A.M.
- South Shores Park: 10:30 – 11:30 A.M.
- Torrence Park: 11:45 A.M. – 12:45 P.M.
The program is designed to provide free lunches to children during the summer months. It aims to ensure that all children have access to meals while school is out.
