December 4, 2024 – Santa made a stop in 5 different park district locations this weekend with a little help from a helicopter and the sponsor, Caterpillar.
Santa’s helicopter touched down first at the Midstate Soccer Complex before heading to South Shores Park. Then he made his way to Fairview park, Splash Cove, and ending at Hickory Point Golf Course before he headed home to the North Pole to finish final preparations before the Christmas Holiday.
Santa, along with Mrs. Claus and an elf helper handed out candy canes and took selfies at each location.
