First Responders Hope to Ring in the Red Kettle Cash for the Salvation Army

December 11, 2024 – Local first responders will go head to head for the Salvation Army for “Gurneys, Guns & Hoses” this weekend.

Local ambulance, city fire, county fire, police and sheriff’s offices are hoping to ring in the red kettle cash for the Salvation Army.  The group that raises the most will be declared the champion.

Participating agencies include Decatur Police, Decatur Fire, County Fire, Macon County Sheriffs Office, Abbott EMS, and Mt Zion and Blue Mound Police.

Macon County Sheriff – Walmart North (Pharmacy Door)…BOTH Friday & Saturday

Decatur Police – Walmart North (Food Door)…BOTH Friday & Saturday

County Fire Dept – Walmart East (Food Door) …BOTH Friday & Saturday

City of Decatur Fire Dept – Walmart North (Pharmacy Door)…BOTH Friday & Saturday

Abbott EMS – Kroger Brettwood…Friday

MtZ Police & Blue Mound Police…Kroger Airport Plaza…Saturday
