For your special valentine…or maybe for your ex-valentine, you can (symbolically) adopt a hissing cockroach, naked mole rat or a turkey vulture. The promotion includes an adoption certificate as well as a valentine photo of your animal and a painted footprint from your chosen animal.
Cost is $20 for a hissing cockroach, and $25 for a naked mole rat or turkey vulture. You can call the zoo at 217-421-7435 to seize this special Valentine’s Day deal. This gift can be picked up at the zoo or shipped to you.
