February 24, 2025 – Calling all coffee lovers; Macon County CASA is hosting its 5th annual Coffee Crawl on February 28th and March 1st.
The event gives participants a chance to support Macon County CASA as well as support local businesses. To participate in the coffee crawl, just pick up a punch card at the first of the participating coffee shops, feel free to purchase coffee or treats while you are there, and then drop off your completed punch card at your last stop. Make sure to include your name and contact information on the back for a chance to win prizes. A percentage of the weekend sales will benefit Macon County CASA.
Macon County CASA stands for court-appointed special advocates. The program volunteers advocate in the best interest of abused and neglected children who are in the custody of the state of Illinois and under the protection of the Macon and DeWitt County courts. CASA are volunteers from the community who complete training that has been provided by the state or local CASA office.
