Congrats to our amazing Teacher of the Month – Lori Scheibly – beloved Montessori Academy for Peace Teacher of Deaf & Hard of Hearing! Teacher of the Month is Presented by Corley Family Dental, 1st MidAmerica Credit Union, and Refreshment Services Pepsi of Decatur for the 2024-2025 school year!
In her nomination, she was described as someone who gives her all to the students she serves. She goes above and beyond the curriculum to make sure students turn into well rounded individuals. Running a multi-age multi-skill classroom isn’t easy, but she shows up day after day. Our students are blessed to have her!
