November 10, 2025 – A number of community blood drives will be held in Decatur in coordination with ImpactLife, a provider of blood components for both HSHS St Marys and Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate.
Mt. Zion Community Blood Drive will host a Community Blood from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Monday, November 17 at Antioch Christian Church 5409 E US 36, inside Fellowship Hall. Donors who last gave blood on or before 9/22/25 are eligible to give at this drive.
HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital will host a Community Blood Drive from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19 at 1800 East Lake Shore Drive, inside Assisi Room. Donors who last gave blood on or before 9/24/25 are eligible to give at this drive.
Richland Community College will host a Community Blood Drive 11:00 am to 2:30 pm on Thursday, November 20 at One College Park, inside ImpactLife Donor Bus in Lot B.
