May 19, 2025 – The High-Speed Railway Commission has extended the deadline for its Virtual Public Event. The Commission is examining the possibility of a statewide high-speed rail network linking Chicago and St. Louis.
A portion of the study is looking at Decatur as a potential feeder network.
The virtual event features a pre-recorded presentation and study materials, and allows you to provide feedback and participate in a survey.
