I’m Lori Kerans! But most people call me Coach. I’m the Vice-President for Athletics and Community Engagement at Millikin University.

Why I HIIT the DISC?

One of things I am most excited about with the HIIT the DISC Challenge is the the opportunity to create new habits and impact old ones. My goal during these 10 weeks is to WIN! To do that, I’m going to show up/make up every session of HIIT Challenge, Use MyFitnessPal daily, Achieve hydration goal 6 of 7 days of every week of challenge, AND attempt every bonus challenge. Something that motivates me is being inspired with and by other driven and success-minded people, searching for joy, and servant leadership. My biggest fear with the challenge is being extremely sore…or worse, hurting myself.

A little about me:

In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and my dog, doing yard work and attending sporting events. If I had to say my biggest snack weakness it would be chips, (especially Cheetos or Salt and Vinegar Chips!). My favorite quote is “Work Hard, Do Good, Make Folks Proud, Be Happy.”
