Why I HIIT the DISC
I am most excited about re-starting my way back to great physical health and strength. My biggest non-scale goal is cardio health and the discipline that comes with it. I want to run, hike and climb with impunity. My biggest motivation is fighting time. Can I do the things I could do when I was 50? Or even 40? It’s also my biggest fear with the challenge…That I can’t do the things I did at 50 or 40.
A little about me
In my spare time, I enjoy watching and following F1. My biggest craving and midnight snack are Reeces peanut butter cups. On my HIIT the DISC playlist, you will find everything from hip hop to pop to alternative. It varies and depends on the workout. I love Pavarotti during cool downs and stretching. My quote and mission statement is “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”
