Hi! My name is Courtney Carson, but people call me “The Rev”! I’m 43 and I am the Vice President of External Relations at Richland Community College.
Why I HIIT the DISC
With this challenge, I am looking forward of getting rid of this bowling ball stuck in my stomach! I don’t know how it got there, but it’s time for it to go! My biggest goals is to fit in back into the suit God gave me…my birthday suit! My biggest motivation is my children and being there for them in the future. My biggest fear… Rupturing another Achilles (I’ve already ruptured both before).
A little about me
In my spare time, I enjoy biking Biking and my biggest craving or midnight snack is ICE CREAM! My HIIT the DISC playlist is a little unusual. I like to listen to speeches to motivate me. My favorite quote is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
