Why I HIIT the DISC
I am most excited about getting back in shape! I want to be able to do the monkey bars on the playground with my kids! The thing that motivates me the most is positive reinforcement and seeing results!
A little about me
My favorite way to spend the weekend or spare time is I taking my kids to Splash Cove and Scovill Zoo on the weekends. I also like to do puzzles and watch reality tv shows in my spare time. My favorite midnight snack and biggest craving is Dots Pretzels (original blend only!) On my HIIT the DISC playlist, you will find 90s pop, but I mostly listen to true crime podcasts. My favorite saying is “Be cool. Don’t be all, like, uncool” – Luann de Lesseps, Real Housewives of New York City.
